Maximising space and clever design

This project was a great example of how to maximise space with the use of clever design. Orientated awkwardly on the block, this existing house required updating & our clients required more space.

A summary of the design includes an extension of the living area, multiple outdoor entertaining areas and a separated double storey studio with carport. The existing house was fully renovated complete with styled kitchen and beautiful bathroom.

Fully landscaped to finish off, this beauty now has so much more life to give. The spotted gum staircase with white batten balustrade is a real feature, creating a unique texture to the calming alfresco area complete with its own outdoor shower. The new living area contains a double sided glass fireplace, perfect to seperate the space, detailed with Tasmanian Oak floating shelves for contrast.

The kitchen is spacious with an openable skylight, large sliding doors and a servery to the deck outside, creating a breezy coastal vibe. Styled to perfection, this project really turns on the charm.
