The Beauford extension beautifully combines modern functionality with the existing home's rustic charm. Featuring a gallery, laundry, and double garage, it includes inviting design elements like a grand pivot door and exposed Oregon trusses, creating a cohesive and welcoming space.

This project was a great example of how to maximise space with the use of clever design. Orientated awkwardly on the block, this existing house required updating & our clients required more space.

This full scale renovation project was really exciting for us at TEMSEA Building Group as it contained some beautiful details of which allowed us to showcase our quality and finish.
